Kojamo plc: Flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 10 of
the Securities Markets Act

Kojamo plc (the "Company") has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Norges Bank (The Central Bank of
Norway) on 17 September 2025.

According to the notification, the holding of Norges Bank in the Company's
shares and votes has fallen below 5 per cent on 16 September 2025. This company
holds a total of 12,147,400 shares corresponding to an ownership of 4.92 percent
in Kojamo's shares and votes.
