ÅRETS HØJDEPUNKTER

  • For Rovsing har 2024/25 været et stabiliseringsår, hvor aktivitetsniveauet er fastholdt på samme niveau som sidste regnskabsår, hvor omsætningen steg med 39 % år-til-år. I overensstemmelse med strategien for 2023/24 har selskabet udforsket og indgået partnerskabsmuligheder, arbejdet med ekspansion samt taget kontakt til nye aktører på markedet.
  • Ordrebeholdningen pr. 30. juni 2025 udgør DKK 39,7 mio. (2023/24: DKK 38,8 mio.) med en ordreindgang i 2024/25 på DKK 37,8 mio. (2023/24: DKK 10,3 mio.). Rovsings nuværende kontraktportefølje er bredt sammensat og dækker flere forskellige missioner og kunder inden for både institutionel og kommerciel rumfart. Markedsudsigterne udvikler sig fortsat positivt, idet store EU- og nationale europæiske missioner går videre til næste udbudsfase, hvor Rovsing fortsat er en nøgleleverandør, der understøtter ambitionerne hos alle større europæiske hovedentreprenører.
  • I regnskabsåret 2024/25 udgjorde omsætningen DKK 37,0 mio. (DKK 39,3 mio. i 2023/24), svarende til et fald på 5,7 % (DKK -2,2 mio.), men stadig på et stabilt og højt niveau sammenlignet med de seneste år.
  • EBITDA udgjorde DKK 1,3 mio. (DKK 2,9 mio. i 2023/24), svarende til et fald på DKK 1,6 mio. EBITDA i 2024/25 er påvirket af engangseffekter relateret til om planlægning af to større projekter. Rovsing har projekter, som er blevet forsinket betydeligt af kunderne. Disse forsinkelser medfører øgede materialeomkostninger og ressourceforbrug som følge af inflation i samme periode. Rovsing forventer, at disse forhold vil blive afregnet med kunderne. Indtil en endelig afregning er på plads, kan provenuet ikke kvantificeres og er derfor ikke medregnet.

STRATEGISK ACCELERATION OG ØGEDE AMBITIONER

  • Rovsing bygger videre på en solid turnaround og et stabilt europæisk fundament for at accelerere den globale vækst inden for rumfart og forsvar. Med stærke positioner i ESA- og EUrumprogrammer søger selskabet at udvide yderligere ind i højpotentielle markeder, samtidig med at en selektiv buy-and-build strategi forfølges. Fokus er at styrke kerneforretningen inden for rumfart og udvide til beslægtede forsvarsmarkeder, hvor vores ekspertise inden for mission kritisk test og softwarevalidering skaber klare synergier.
  • Ved at kombinere organisk vækst, strategiske opkøb og kundedrevet innovation er Rovsing godt positioneret til at skalere hurtigere, udvide markedsrækkevidden og levere bæredygtig, langsigtet værdi til både aktionærer og øvrige interessenter.
  • For at understøtte de strategiske ambitioner gennemfører selskabet en allerede fuldtegnet rettet kapitaludvidelse med deltagelse af nøgleinvestorer, medlemmer af bestyrelsen og ledelsen. Dette skal sikre yderligere finansiering til strategien samt muliggøre de nødvendige investeringer og due diligence-processer for at forberede en større finansieringsrunde med fokus på konkrete buy-and-build mål i 2026.
  • På den kommende generalforsamling er det bestyrelsens mål at styrke kompetencerne yderligere med indstilling af to nye medlemmer, Lars Ankjer og Christian Klarskov.
  • På baggrund af den nuværende ordrebeholdning i Rovsings kerneforretning forventes omsætningen i 2025/26 at ligge i intervallet DKK 37,0 – 41,0 mio. med et positivt EBITDA i intervallet DKK 1,0 – 3,0 mio.
