AS Company S.A. – Sale of Land in Elounda, Crete

Thessaloniki, Greece – September 9, 2025 – AS Company S.A. (ASCO), in the context of the proper notification of the investing public and following its announcement dated 23.5.2025, announces that on 8.9.2025 the final contract for the sale of nine (9) properties, located in the location "Pezoulous" of Elounda, Agios Nikolaos, Crete, was signed between the Company and the company "ELOUNDA GREEN PROPERTIES Single Member S.A.". The total agreed price amounts to the amount of three million (3.000.000) € and 1/3 of it has already been paid. According to the terms of the contract, the remaining amount is expected to be paid within the year 2025, with the return on investment for the Company amounting to 40%.
