Cellebrite and Micro Systemation announced today that they have reached an amicable resolution of their dispute in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Both parties have withdrawn their claims against the other, have entered into mutual general waivers and releases, and the action has been dismissed with prejudice.
