I samband med den extra bolagsstämman i Nickel Mountain AB (NMG) som hållas torsdag 8 maj 2014, har styrelsesuppleant Erlend Dunér Henriksen fått fullmakt att företräda och rösta för 7.894.342 aktier som innehas av minoritetsägare, till det läggs 33.501 aktier som han själv innehar genom det helägda bolaget Renud Invest AS. Detta motsvarar 37,35% av de utestående aktierna och rösterna i bolaget.
