Hermana Holding ASA: Appointment of new CEO
The Board of Directors of Hermana Holding ASA (‘Hermana’) has appointed Morten Strømgren to the position of CEO and CFO of the company effective immediately.
Mr. Strømgren is currently SVP in Magnora ASA and is made available for Hermana based on a management-services agreement between Hermana and Magnora. He has broad experience from asset management, finance and corporate development as a consultant in Arkwright and as a Director in Norway’s state-ownership unit following up state holdings in 14-15 companies including various investment mandates and M&A cases. Strømgren holds a MSc in Industrial economics from NTNU and an executive MBA in Finance from NHH.
