In accordance with the resolution taken by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting ("EGM") on December 23, 2015 the new Company name is as from today Axactor AB (publ) after confirmation from the Swedish Companies Registry (Bolagsverket). The new ticker name on the Oslo Stock Exchange will be "AXA". The Oslo Stock Exchange will publish the exact date when the ticker change takes effect in the trading system.
The corresponding change will within a few days be made at the Company's website, which will be www.axactor.com. A separate press release will be published in connection with the launch of the new website. During an interim period, the old web site address www.nickelmountain.se will be rerouted to the new website.
