Change in the Board of BHG Group

Niclas Thiel, an employee of FSN Capital, has left his position on the Board of Directors of BHG Group AB (Publ), since the funds adviced by FSN Capital are no longer owners of BHG Group.

The Board now consists of six members after Niclas Thiel's departure. According to the Articles of Association, the Board is to consist of three to ten members. A possible replacement will be elected at the next Annual General Meeting.
