Increased number of shares and votes in Pierce Group
The number of shares and votes in Pierce Group AB (publ) ("Pierce" or the "Company") has increased with 534,600 as a result of the exercise of warrants carried out in connection with the listing of the Company's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm 26 March 2021.
As of 30 April 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Pierce amount to 39,687,050 shares and votes.
