The number of shares and votes in Investor AB has changed due to the completion of the share split resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2021.

As of May 31, 2021, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares in Investor AB amount to 3,068,700,120, whereof 1,246,763,376 A shares and 1,821,936,744 B shares, corresponding to in total 1,428,957,050.4 votes.
