In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 6 August 2025 (the "EGM"), chairman of the Board of Directors Erik Sneve has received proxies without voting instructions representing 2,200,071 shares and votes, equal to 16.39% of all issued shares and votes.
