Increased number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ)

As of today on 30 June 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) amounts to 45,342,816 shares and votes.

The number of shares and votes has increased during June as a result of the new share issue of 210,336 shares which was part of the consideration for the acquisition of Byens Tag & Facade A /S.
