Record date for distribution of all Odd Molly's shares in We aRe Spin Dye (WRSD) AB (publ)

Odd Molly International AB (publ) ("Odd Molly") has today, October 22, 2021, held an Extraordinary General Meeting on which it was decided, among other things, to distribute all of Odd Molly's shares in We aRe Spin Dye (WRSD) AB (publ), company reg. no. 556961-6815, ("WRSD") to Odd Molly's shareholders as dividend. The Board of Directors was also authorized to set the record date.

The Board of Directors has today set the record date to receive the dividend to be Tuesday, October 26, 2021. Payment is expected to begin around November 1, 2021.

The value of the dividend of the shares in WRSD is determined based on the book value at the time of the distribution of the shares in accordance with the applicable accounting rules. In accordance with the notice convening Odd Molly's Extraordinary General Meeting, the Company estimates the book value at the time of the distribution to amount to SEK 158,502,247, which is the total value that is expected to be distributed to Odd Molly's shareholders.
