Logistea publishes Prospectus in connection with listing of Ordinary Shares of Class B on Nasdaq Stockholm

Logistea AB (publ) ("Logistea") has prepared a Prospectus regarding admission to trading of the Company's Ordinary Shares of Class B on Nasdaq Stockholm. The estimated first day of trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares of Class B is around November 22, 2021.

As communicated on October 22, 2021, the Extraordinary General Meeting in Logistea resolved on a Bonus Issue of Ordinary Shares of Class B in which one (1) Ordinary Share of Class A entitles to ten (10) new Ordinary Shares of Class B, each having one tenth of a vote (1/10). The last day to trade Ordinary Share of Class A inclusive of the right to receive new Ordinary Shares of Class B was November 10, 2021, and the record date for the Bonus Issue was November 12, 2021. The payment of Ordinary Shares of Class B to eligible shareholders has begun. Eligible shareholders have not been required to take any specific measures in order to participate in the Bonus Issue and have instead received new Ordinary Shares of Class B automatically.

Logistea has applied for admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares of Class B on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Ordinary Shares of Class B will be traded under the short name LOGI B and with ISIN-code SE0017083207. Estimated first day of trading is around November 22, 2021.

In connection with the application for admission to trading, Logistea has prepared a Prospectus which has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (the "SFSA"). The Prospectus is available through SFSA's (www.fi.se) and Logistea's (www.logistea.se) websites and upon request in paper form.
