Increased number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ)

As of today on 30 November 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) amounts to 45,387,653 shares and votes.

The number of shares and votes has increased during November as a result of the new share issue of 44,837 shares which was part of the consideration for the acquisition of OPN Enterprise A/S.
