Increased number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ)

As of today on 31 March 2022, the total number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) amounts to 48,450,443 shares and votes.

The number of shares and votes has increased during March as a result of the set-off issue of 62,790 shares to the sellers of Alnova Balkongsystem AB and the directed cash issue of 3,000,000 shares which was announced by the company on 15 March 2022.
