Pierce's CFO Tomas Ljunglöf has been involved in a traffic accident and is not expected to be on duty in the near future. The company has appointed Niclas Olsson, Head of Business Control and employed since 2017, as acting CFO during Tomas Ljunglöf's absence. Gunilla Spongh, Chairman of the company's Audit Committee and with extensive experience as CFO of listed companies, will assist the company in operational matters during Tomas Ljunglöf's absence. The company's assessment is that the business will not be affected by this.
