Change in the Board of BHG Group AB
Pernilla Walfridsson has left her position on the Board of Directors of BHG Group AB (Publ) as a result of her employment as CFO at Clas Ohlson.
The Board now consists of five members after Pernilla Walfridsson's departure. According to the Articles of Association, the Board is to consist of three to ten members.
