Rectification - Update Share Buyback Program
Kortrijk, Belgium, 11 July 2025, 18.30 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.
Press release rectifying some numbers appearing in the press release of 11th July 2025 https://www.barco.com/en/about/press-releases/2025/update-share-buyback-program and relating to the closing of the share buyback program.
Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 7 July 2025 till 14 July 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 4,818,322 shares for a total amount of 59,999,999 euros. This corresponds to 100% of the program completed.
As a result thereof, Barco's share buy-back program has been completed on 14th July 2025.
After aforementioned transactions the total number of treasury shares amounts to 9,096,615 shares on the date of 14th July 2025.
