Semcon's Nomination Committee for the 2023 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the principles adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Semcon AB in 2019, and valid until further notice, the following persons have been appointed as members to the Nomination Committee:

• Karin Dennford, Chair of the Nomination Committee, appointed by JCE Group AB
• Mats Andersson, appointed by Nordea Investment Funds
• Johan Hagberg, appointed by Johan Hagberg
• Eva Elmstedt, Chair of Semcon AB, co-opted member

The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Semcon will be held in Göteborg, Wednesday 26 April 2023. Proposals to the Nomination Committee shall be e-mailed to valberedning@semcon.com no later than Wednesday 1 February 2023.
