Byggfakta Group Nordic HoldCo AB (publ) ("Byggfakta") has during the period 14 November – 18 November, 2022 repurchased a total of 94,317 own shares (ISIN code: SE0016798581) to ensure delivery obligations to participants in the company's long-term incentive program for senior executives and key personnel (LTI 2022/2025).
The share buybacks form part of the buyback program of a maximum of 2,200,000 shares, which Byggfakta announced on July 25, 2022. The buyback program is being carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with the Nasdaq Nordic Main Market Rulebook. The objective of the share buybacks is to secure the delivery obligations of shares to participants in the LTI 2022/2025.

Shares in Byggfakta have been repurchased (in SEK) as follows:
Of the above acquisitions, 22,305 shares have been purchased by Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) on Nasdaq Stockholm during regular trading hours on behalf of Byggfakta, and 72,012 in block. Following the above acquisitions, Byggfakta's holding of own shares as of 18 November, 2022 amounts to 1,000,152 shares. The total number of shares in Byggfakta amounts to 218,666,667.
