During October 2023, Logistea has paid an additional purchase price through an issue of shares in Logistea due to a detailed development plan for Vaggeryd Logistikpark gained legal force in August 2023.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 210,878,938 shares in the company, of which 16,536,052 are Class A shares and 194,342,886 are Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 35,970,340. The share capital amounts to 105,439,469 SEK.
