The Board of Directors hereby announces that it has received a notification dated 26 June 2025 from Virgata Group Sarl a company registered in Luxembourg and with registered office at 74 Route de Thionville, L2610 Luxembourg ("the Shareholder").
The notification indicates that, with effect from 26 June 2025, the Shareholder holds 5.95% of the voting rights in the Company.
The notification was made in regard to acquisitions and disposals of voting rights in the Company.
