Crayon Group Holding ASA - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Crayon Group Holding ASA from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.10.2 (2) Euronext Oslo Børs has on 25 June 2025 made the following resolution: "The shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of the 11 July 2025. The last day of trading will be 10 July 2025."
