Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 30 June 2025 till 4 July 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 4,588,205 shares for a total amount of 57,091,665 euros. This corresponds to 95.15% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 8,866,498 treasury shares.
