NEW NUMBER OF VOTES

Shareholders have requested conversion of 12,577 Class A common shares into Class B common shares in accordance with Sagax's Articles of Association. Conversion has taken place, which has reduced the number of votes in the company by 11,319.3 votes. The number of votes thus amounts to 70,512,154.4 after the conversion. The share capital of SEK 816,542,972 is unchanged.

As of 30 April 2024, the total number of shares in the company is 466,595,984 divided between 26,502,840 Class A common shares, 313,831,815 Class B common shares (of which 2,000,000 shares are held in treasury) and 126,261,329 Class D common shares.

Class A common shares represents 26,502,840 votes, Class B common shares represents 31,383,181.5 votes and Class D common shares represents 12,626,132.9 votes.
