Increased number of shares and votes in Formpipe.

During May 2024 the number of shares and votes in Formpipe have increased as a result of the directed share issue carried out in connection with acquisition of Dictymatec SARL.

The share issue resulted in that the number of shares and votes increased by 40,296 and the share capital increased by SEK 4,029.60.

As per 31 May 2024 the number of outstanding shares and votes in the company amounts to 54,258,121 and the company's share capital amounts to SEK 5,425,812.10.
