Increased number of shares and votes in Logistea

The number of shares and votes in Logistea AB (publ) ("Logistea") has increased during the month of July as a result of the issuance of new ordinary A shares and ordinary B shares related to the transaction between Logistea and KMC Properties ASA, whereby Logistea merged with KMC Properties by acquiring all operations in the KMC Properties group.

The number of ordinary A shares has increased by 16,263,577 and the number of ordinary B shares has increased by 214,551,706, entailing a total increase in the number of shares by 230,815,283. The number of votes has increased by 37,718,747.60 and the share capital has increased by SEK 115,407,641.50.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 473,328,924 shares in Logistea, of which 33,351,438 are ordinary A shares and 439,977,486 are ordinary B shares. The number of votes as of the same date amounts to 77,349,186.60.
