Announcement regarding the election of New BoD Member Reconstitution of the BoD

Athens, Greece - July 01, 2025 -FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A. (Bloomberg: FOYRK:GA - Reuters: FRLr.AT - ISIN: GRS096003009) announces that the Company's Board of Directors, by its decision of 01.07.2025, elected Mr. John Vasilakos as a new executive member of the Board of Directors, in replacement of the resigned CEO, executive member Mr. Dimitris Valachis, until the termination of his term.

Mr. Vasilakos, a distinguished professional in the retail sector, has had a highly successful career spanning over 20 years, having held key executive positions in leading companies within the industry. From 2010 to 2025, he was a core executive at Kotsovolos, where he assumed the role of Vice Chairman and CEO in 2018. Prior to joining Kotsovolos, he served as Retail Director and Commercial Director at Multirama and began his career as Marketing Manager at Pouliadis & Associates. He later joined Informer Group as Business Unit Manager for the Hospitality Solutions Division. He is a graduate of Ashridge Business School in the United Kingdom and The American College of Greece

The aforementioned election will be announced by the next General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company.

Following the above replacement, the Board of Directors was formed into a body, as follows:
