## **Update Share Buyback Program**

**Kortrijk, Belgium, 1 July 2025, 07.00 hrs** - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 23 June 2025 till 27 June 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 4,247,094 shares for a total amount of 52,855,061 euros. This corresponds to 88.09% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 8,525,387 treasury shares.
