Que, con fecha 12 de junio de 2024, se celebró Consejo de Administración de la Sociedad en la que se aceptaron las renuncias al ejercicio del cargo de Consejero de la Sociedad de Don Robert R. Denda, Doña María Salama Castillo y Don Carlos Alexandre Díez, presentadas todas ellas por diversos motivos con fecha de efectos 7 de junio de 2024, haciéndoles constar el Consejo su agradecimiento por los servicios prestados.
