Bence Sass

He is a senior real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Wing Group, he is managing a team responsible for international business development and investment transactions. To date, he has been involved in transactions with an aggregate volume well exceeding EUR 1 billion. Prior to his current employment, he was a member of the UniCredit Bank's leading real estate financing team.

Bence graduated with a BA from the Budapest Business School and an MBA from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He speaks Hungarian, English and German.

Jest doświadczonym ekspertem w zakresie inwestycji nieruchomościowych z ponad 20-letnim doświadczeniem w sektorze nieruchomości komercyjnych. Jako Wiceprezes kieruje zespołem odpowiedzialnym za międzynarodowy rozwój oraz transakcje inwestycyjne Grupy Wing. Do tej pory brał udział w transakcjach o łącznym wolumenie przekraczającym 1 mld euro. Odpowiada również za rozwój biznesu i transakcje wewnątrz grupy. Zanim piastował obecne stanowisko, Bence Sass był członkiem wiodącego zespołu finansowania nieruchomości w banku UniCredit.

Uzyskał tytuł licencjata (BA) w Budapest Business School w Budapeszcie oraz tytuł magistra na Uniwersytecie Technologii i Ekonomii w Budapeszcie (MBA).

Jest członkiem Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Włada językiem węgierskim, angielskim i niemieckim.
