Zmiana terminu publikacji raportu rocznego jednostkowego za 2015r.

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, iż dokonuje zmiany terminu publikacji raportu rocznego jednostkowego za 2015 r. Zgodnie z raportem bieżącym EBI Spółki nr 1/2016 z dnia 4 stycznia 2016 r. pierwotny termin publikacji raportu rocznego za 2015 r. przypadał na dzień 30 maja 2016 r., w związku z powyższą zmianą, nowy termin publikacji raportu rocznego jednostkowego został ustalony na dzień 15 kwietnia 2016 r. Termin publikacji raportu rocznego skonsolidowanego za 2015r. Spółki pozostaje bez zmian.

Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 2 pkt 7) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu ASO, Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

Changed date of publication of unitary annual report for 2015

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. headquartered in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "Company") hereby announces, that it has changed the date of publication for the annual unitary report for 2015. As determined in the relevant EBI Company report ref. no. 1/2016 dated January 4, 2016 the original publication date was set for May 30, 2016. Due to the change, the new date of publication of the unitary annual report is set for April 15, 2016. The publication date for the Company's consolidated annual report for 2015 remains unchanged.

Legal ground: §4.2.7 of Annex 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, "Current and Periodical Information In the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
