Informacja dotycząca rozmów o przejęciu podmiotu działającego w dystrybucji produktów finansowych

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. (dalej: "Spółka") z siedzibą w Warszawie, informuje o rozpoczęciu rozmów z podmiotem działającym w branży dystrybucji produktów finansowych (podmiot przejmowany), których celem ma być objęcie emisji nowych udziałów w podmiocie przejmowanym. Obie strony rozpoczęły ustalanie warunków oraz terminów transakcji. Spółka uznała niniejszą informację za poufną, ponieważ potencjalna transakcja może doprowadzić do zwiększenia skali działalności Grupy Kapitałowej Aforti Holding.

Information on talks concerning the takeover of an entity in the financial products distribution industry

The board of Aforti Holding SA (hereafter: "Company") headquartered in Warsaw would like to announce the commencement of talks with an entity in financial products distribution (subject of takeover), the purpose of which is the accession of newly emitted shares in the entity. Both parties have begun determining the conditions and deadlines for the transactions. The Company has deemed this information confidential as the potential transaction may lead to an increase in the scale of operations of Aforti Holding Capital Group.
