The board of Aforti Holding SA(hereafter: "Company") headquartered in Warsaw would like to announcethe commencement of talks with an entity in financial productsdistribution (subject of takeover), the purpose of which is theaccession of newly emitted shares in the entity. Both parties have begundetermining the conditions and deadlines for the transactions.
