On schedule buyout of bonds and remission of J series

Theboard of Aforti Holding SA headquartered in Warsaw ("the Issuer") herebyannounces, that on August 17, 2016 in accordance with the Conditions ofIssue which comprised an annex to Resolution 01/02/2015 dated February6, 2015, it purchased 644 J series bonds in order to remit them.
