Information concerning signing a letter of engagement regarding AfortiExchange România's registration

The Managment Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw, herebyinforms that on 7 September 2016, signed the letter of engagement withS.C.A. Bohâlţeanu&Asociaţii (hereinafter: BSMP). Resulting in BSMPconducting the registration process of subsidiary Aforti ExchangeRomânia and the process of obtaining all necessary permissions requiredto conduct business on an online platform of currency exchange. Signingof the aforementioned contracts and comencing the registration processof the subsidiary Aforti Exchange Romania is an element of execution ofthe new strategy established by the Managment Board on 14 July 2016,which was announced in the current report nr 25/2016 of 14 July 2016.
