TheBoard of Aforti Holding SA with its seat in Warsaw ( "Issuer" or the"Company") hereby informs that it has decided not to publish theforecasts of financial results of the Company for the year 2017 nor forany of its periods.Thebasis for this decision is a planned expansion of the area of activityof the Issuer and the consequent high risk of inaccurate forecastearnings.
