TheManagement of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") hereby informs that on 4 April 2017, as a result of thesettlement of the purchase transaction of 1 759 980 shares of AfortiHolding Inc., President of Aforti Holding S.A. Klaudiusz Sytek increasedhis share in the total number of votes to over 84%.
KlaudiuszSytek had 4 796 236 shares of Aforti Holding S.A. prior to thetransaction, which constituted 61.48% of the share capital of AfortiHolding Inc. and gave entitlement to 4,796,236 votes, constituting61.48% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.
