Impact of the contribution to the Bank Guarantee Fund on theconsolidated results of Q1 2017

With reference to the information from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BFG"),the Management Board of mBank S.A. informs that the amount of the annualcontribution to the resolution fund set by BFG for mBank in 2017 is PLN113,222,587.38.

The total contribution to BFG (contribution to the guarantee fund for Q12017 in the amount of PLN 15,404,214.73 and annual contribution to theresolution fund) included in costs of Q1 2017 amounted to PLN128,626,802.11.

Costs of contributions and transfers to the BFG of mBank Group in Q12017 amounted to PLN 132,277 thousand.
