Rada Administracyjna Hydropress SE (dawniej Aerfinance SE) (‘Emitent’) informuje, iż w dniu 17.08.2017 ostała podpisana przez spółkę zależną Artemis Investment sp. z o.o. umowa zbycia wszystkich posiadanych udziałów w spółce prawa czeskiego Auto-Spa CZ s.r.o. Udziały te stanowiły 20 % kapitału zakładowego Auto-Spa Cz.s.r.o. i zostały sprzedane za kwotę 281 795,54 PLN.

S.r.o for the total price of 281 795,54 PLN. The said shares has represented 20 % od the capital of Auto-Spa CZ s.r.o
