Further to the announcement made on 26 September 2017in current report No. 33/2017 that Echo Investment S.A. (the "Company"or "Echo") and its main shareholder, Lisala sp. z o.o, ("Lisala") areconsidering increasing the free float of the Company's shares, Echoannounces that it has been informed today that in the event of atransaction, Lisala would consider to sell approximately half of its65.99% stake in the Company.  Any such transaction would be in the formof a non-documented offering to institutional investors.
