(the "Company") would like to inform you that on 22November 2017, it received a decision of the District Court in Kielce, XCommercial Division of the National Court Register concerning theregistration of amendments to the Articles of Association of the Companythat were effected under resolution No. 5 of the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company held on 16 October 2017.

Theuniform text of the Articles of Association incorporating the amendmentsis attached to this report as Appendix 1.
