Selectedoperational data from Issuer's residential segment

TheManagement Board of Echo Investment S.A. (‘the Company') hereby reportsthat due to an increase of the share of the residential segment in theresults of the Company's Capital Group, they made a decision to publishmonthly reports concerning the sales and deliveries of apartmentsstarting from October 2017 data.

Takinginto consideration the above, the Issuer's Management Board reports that:-in November 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries sold 203apartments on the basis of preliminary agreements;- the Issuer andIssuer's subsidiaries have cumulatively sold 1248 apartments on thebasis of preliminary agreements since the beginning of 2017, which is75% of growth compare to January-November 2016, when 714 units were soldon the basis of preliminary agreements;- in November 2017 the Issuerand Issuer's subsidiaries concluded 110 final agreements transferringownership of apartments to clients;- the Issuer and Issuer'ssubsidiaries have cumulatively concluded 814 final agreementstransferring ownership of apartments to clients since the beginning of2017, which is 88% of growth compare to January-November 2016, when 432units were sold on the basis of final agreements.Legal basis:Art. 17 section 1 MAR - confidential information
