The Company wishes to make known that on December 19,2017, it was given information about the detainment of Mr. PrzemysławKrych, member of the Company's Supervisory Board, and Mr. MikołajMartynuska, member of the Company's Management Board, on the orders ofthe Regional Prosecutor in Katowice.
In the evening of December 19, 2017, the attorneys ofMessrs. Krych and Martynuska provided statements to the Company in thename of both assuring they had not committed any crime and would provetheir innocence in line with the law.
