Resigning from publication of financial results forecasts for 2018 year
The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw ("theCompany", "the Issuer") hereby announces, that it has decided not topublish the forecasts of financial results of the Company for the year2018 nor for any of its periods.
In the opinion of the Management Board of the Company, the dynamicallygrowing scale of the Issuer's activity and external factors related toits market environment limit the ability to precisely determine theforecast of the Issuer's financial result. Considering the above, thepublication of financial forecasts would be too risky and could misleadinvestors.
