Information on the numberof apartments sold in Q4 2017 and in 2017

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to asthe ‘Issuer') hereby reports that:

- In Q4 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries sold 531 apartments onthe basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 422 apartments sold inQ4 2016);

- In 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries have sold 1.427apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 925apartments sold in 2016);

- In Q4 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries concluded 610 finalcontracts which transferred the ownership of apartments to clients(compared to 65 such contracts concluded in Q4 2016);

- In 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries have concluded 1.006final apartment sales contracts (compared to 451 final contractsconcluded in 2016).
