The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer")headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public that on 16February 2018 became aware that its subidiary Aforti Finance S.A.headquartered in Warsaw ("the Subsidiary") concluded an agreement ("theAgreement") with Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Spółka z ograniczonąodpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa headquartered in Poznań ("GrantThornton").

The object of the Agreement is the provision by Grant Thornton to theSubsidiary services of the Authorized Adviser's regarding the enter ofits shares to the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market,organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
