The share capital of AfortiExchange S.A. is2 630 000,00PLN and is dividedinto ordinary26 300bearershares with a nominal value of100złPLNeach.

Aforti Exchange S.A. is acompany from the Issuer's portfolio in which it has26 300shares whichconstitute 100 % share in the share capital and in the total number ofvotes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
