The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (‘the Company') herebyreports that:

- in February 2018 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries sold 154apartments on the basis of preliminary agreements, while in February2017 there were 60 apartments sold;

- the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries have cumulatively sold 245apartments on the basis of preliminary agreements since the beginning of2018, while 104 units were sold on the basis of such agreements incoresponding period of 2017;

- in February 2018 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries concluded 25final agreements transferring ownership of apartments to clients. InFebruary 2017 there was 20 such agreements concluded;

- the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries have cumulatively concluded 85final agreements transferring ownership of apartments to clients sincethe beginning of 2017, while 72 such agreements were concluded incoresponding period of 2017.
